Wishbone Industrial Arts, LLC specializes in lighting, furnishings, and architectural elements for residential and commercial spaces. In addition to custom fixtures and design services, which are bid on a project-by-project basis, we offer several lines of ready made products with retail pricing that are eligible for our trade and wholesale program and discounts.

We welcome partnerships with retailers, designers, and industry professionals seeking distinctive, customizable pieces. This packet outlines our terms, pricing structure, and ordering process for wholesale and trade clients.

Eligibility

Our wholesale program is available to:

• Retail stores with a physical location or e-commerce presence

• Licensed interior designers and architects

• Hospitality procurement agents

• Contractors working on approved projects

A valid business license and resale certificate (if applicable) must be submitted to qualify. Participation in the Wishbone Industrial Arts Trade & Wholesale Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to the program for any reason at any time.

Pricing & Discounts

Eligible trade partners receive exclusive pricing as follows:

• Wholesale Discount: 50% off the current retail price

• Trade Discount: Trade discounts start at 20% off the current retail price with no minimum

• Trade Volume Discounts: Additional savings (up to 50% off are available for multiple items by design professionals)

Pricing is based on our current retail pricing and excludes sale items. Custom fixtures and proposals automatically include volume and trade discounts and are not subject to an additional discount.  Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, or custom packaging unless specified.

Minimums

• Wholesale Orders: $500 opening order minimum

• Trade Orders: No minimum required

• Volume Trade Orders: Additional discounts are earned on orders exceeding 1 unit. Please request a quote to determine the volume discount for your desired quantity. 

Ordering Process

• Submit Inquiry: Reach out to maryanne@wishboneindustrialarts.com with your business credentials and project details or fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

• Review & Confirmation: We’ll issue an estimate and confirm your eligibility.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required to begin production; the balance is due prior to shipping or delivery.

• Production Lead Time: Varies by item—typically 6–10 weeks unless otherwise stated.

• Rush Orders: May be available for an additional fee, pending production capacity.

Custom Work

We welcome custom commissions. All custom work is quoted based on scope, materials, and timeline. Please allow additional time for prototyping, sampling, or mockups.

Custom projects follow the same 50% deposit structure, with remaining balance due upon completion. Trade and volume discounts will be automatically applied when custom projects are quoted.

Shipping & Delivery

• All products are manufactured in Seattle, WA.

• Shipping and crating costs will be invoiced separately or billed to the client’s account. Please contact us to request a quote.

• Clients are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting damage within 5 business days.

• Local pickup or white-glove delivery may be arranged in the Seattle metro area upon request.

Returns & Cancellations

• All sales are final.

• Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or custom items.

Display & Representation

• Products must be represented under the Wishbone Industrial Arts, LLC brand name.

• Retailers may not reproduce our products.

• Retailers must receive permission to use our images or branding materials.

• Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy) is not permitted.

Care & Materials Disclosure

• Wishbone Industrial Arts uses a combination of natural, salvaged, and artist-finished materials. Variations in color, grain, and patina are intentional and celebrated.

• Clients will receive care instructions upon delivery. If additional maintenance information is required, please contact us directly.
